Email notifications
When a client submits a registration, PR/Sales and Super Admin are notified in-app and by email, with a full copy of the filled-out form.
Automatic email (EmailJS)
Fill these in to send email automatically with no manual step. Get them free at emailjs.com. Leave blank to fall back to opening your email app with a pre-filled copy.
How it works: When a client submits a registration, the app will:
1. Create an in-app notification for PR/Sales and Super Admin (with a live red badge)
2. Email both recipients a full text copy of the submitted form — automatically if EmailJS is set up, otherwise by opening your email app with the copy pre-filled
3. The Annex G Excel file stays downloadable from the Submissions panel
Your EmailJS template should include the variables: to_email, subject, and message (the full copy). You can also use org, registrant_count, submitted_by, and submitted_at.
Prescription auto-reading (AI)
When you attach a prescription photo or PDF in the Medicine Tracker, the app can read it and pre-fill the patient name and medicine list for you to review.
Keep your API key safe. The proxy URL should point to a small serverless function that holds your Anthropic API key server-side and forwards the request. This keeps the key off the browser. If you leave it blank, auto-reading still works inside the Claude.ai preview, but in production it would need a key in the browser (not recommended) — so set the proxy before going live. Patient data & prescription images are sensitive: only enable this on trusted, access-controlled deployments.
